ENERCON Acquires NISYS

Privately-held NISYS of Duluth, Ga. is engineering and consulting firm

Enercon Services, Inc (ENERCON) has acquired NISYS Corporation, Inc (NISYS). NISYS is an engineering and consulting firm located in Duluth, Georgia that will become part of the Power Generation Services (PGS) group of ENERCON.

ENERCON Vice President of PGS, Carter Noland stated, "NISYS brings many senior experienced personnel to ENERCON that have a sustained reputation for delivering high quality products. Their culture is very similar to ours, and combined, we will be able to offer our clients expanded services and capabilities under one company."

ENERCON, headquartered in Tulsa, Okla. is a diversified energy consulting company offering engineering, environmental and management services. ENERCON is an employee owned company of over 800 people located in fifteen offices nationwide. With clients including well over half of the country's nuclear power plants, the Department of Energy and many Fortune 500 companies, ENERCON delivers innovative solutions to energy and process industries.
