Company contends that it is the Only Publicly Traded Company Proposing a Free Market Advanced Nuclear Generating Company for U.S.

In a press release this morning, Alternate Energy Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AEHI): The Idaho Energy Complex, an advanced nuclear plant, announced that it was the only proposed pure nuclear generating company in the U.S. and possibly in the world that is investor owned and publicly traded. AEHI is the only public company to have proposed any new nuclear power plants west of the Rockies. Most who operate nuclear plants are regulated utilities unable to benefit from the free market thus the significant profitably of these electricity generators. So, when you purchase a U.S. nuclear utility stock you are also investing in coal, natural gas, hydro plants and other non-energy ventures said the company.
AEHI CEO Don Gillispie told Nuclear Street, "After several investment funds contacted us wanting to know when we would be operating or even constructing our first nuclear unit, because they could find no other pure nuclear generating investments for their funds, we realized that indeed we were the only such investment in the U.S. and some even indicated they could find no other in the world. It also further motivated us to spin-off our first nuclear plant into a separate public company for investors who want to see the first nuclear generating company."
AEHI is working with the Mexican government to construct a proposed advanced nuclear reactor for electricity and desalination of sea water into potable water for the southwestern US. The company has an MOU for land-water for an advanced nuclear reactor site plus joint venture on solar at the Colorado Energy Park near Pueblo, CO. Also, the company is in early discussions regarding supplying a reactor for electricity and to remove oil from Tar Sands in Alberta, Canada. Another AEHI holding is Energy Neutral which uses technology and renewables to virtually eliminate energy bills for homes, businesses and farms, and is beginning to do business in Arizona, Colorado and Idaho.
The company has arrangements in several Asian countries, including China and Korea to obtain funding and strategic partners for its projects.
