AREVA Gets Three Binding Offers

Sale Process of Its Transmission and Distribution Division

Within the scope of the sale process of its Transmission and Distribution division launched on June 30th, 2009, the deadline for binding offers was November 9th at 5 pm.

AREVA received three offers from:
-          Alstom/Schneider
-          General Electric
-          Toshiba/INCJ
 
AREVA is now assessing these offers.
