AEHI Retains JSBARKATS PLLS For Legal Services Chosen to Oversee Corporate Operations

Alternate Energy Holdings, Inc. (AEHI) announces it has retained the services of Mr. Sunny J. Barkats, Esq., a PIPE and APO-experienced attorney and the founding partner of JSBarkats PLLC, a leading the Securities/Capital Markets group at the New York office.
JSBarkats acting as the Company's general counsel and will represent AEHI in all aspects of the Company's SEC compliance, securities and legal issues, as well as help with structuring future financing for the Company. Mr. Barkats recently introduced AEHI to a fund. The Company discussed the opportunity for potential financing with fundamental investors, providing the Company with legal services and opening doors on Wall Street.
