According to a press release issued today, an AEHI "subsidiary" has completed construction of its first "energy neutral" home. Of course, how it can be demonstrated as "energy neutral" without anyone living in it and using energy is an interesting question. (There's also no indication of how much the house would cost.) But I see the company will start offering "franchises" to replicate this "breakthrough." Caveat emptor........

How sad. I wonder what you stand to gain from this. The IPCC are an incredible organisation working hard to save our planet. Their report had THREE small errors - which is only human in something compiled by hundreds of authors from around the globe. Please, for goodness sake, stop criticizing the selfless work they have done and spend your time doing something mildly useful to occupy yourself.

I thank God that the IPCC are fighting back on this ridiculous 'scandal' as you call it. But good always wins, as it will in this case.

This is a good idea that should be supported by all Kenyans, because there has been a steady increase in power consumption especially with the rural electrification program. Also this crucial for the vision 2030 achievement. From my own perspective this is development.
