One of our clients, a multinational utility, has an urgent need for a Recruiter. This is a temporary “contract” position, with an initial assignment expected to last about 6 months, with one of the largest companies in the world! Our client is a global power house with over 5 million customers nationally and 5% growth year to year.

In the role of Recruiter you will responsible for developing recruitment strategies and undergo the full lifecycle recruitment process for a variety of professional roles. You will pro-actively identify and source candidates through internal and external channels, including continuous review of resumes, networking, cold calling, reaching out to passive candidates, to ensure hiring managers are provided with a pool of highly qualified talent. You will maintain and monitor applicant tracking systems in a timely manner in order to keep applicant data up to date.

The qualified candidate for Recruiter MUST HAVE:

*   Three (3) + years of recruitment experience at a professional level.
*   Bachelor’s Degree desired.
*   Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
*   Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
