Position Summary


Mackson is currently looking for an Account Manager located in the Charlotte, NC metro area and reporting to the Mackson General Manager at the Rock Hill facility.  The Account Manager will be responsible for growth of accounts in the North America region, selling to Mackson’s strengths. 




Identify, develop and manage accounts within the region.  Develop relationships with key staff at each account. Provide leadership for account growth.

Represent Mackson in interactions with customers, vendors, third party contractors and co-workers in the highest professional manner.


Develop sales budget for assigned territory and market.


Achieve budgeted sales goals.


Uncover and develop project sales in the region.


Responsible for communications and required negotiations with internal and external organizations.


Provide professional communications whether in oral or written form to all Mackson personnel, customers, vendors, third party contractors for assigned territory.


Provide development, evaluation and recommendation on contracted services and materials.


Provide risk assessment analysis to stakeholders at all phases of the sales cycle.


Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.




Will include travel throughout North America as required.


The Candidate



Bachelor degree in Technical, Business or Management Discipline preferred.




Minimum of 5 years recent experience in a sales role of industrial sales preferably in the nuclear industry.  Relevant sales experience in the region.

Strong understanding of applications for the nuclear industry.


Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


Strong planning and organizational skills.


Knowledge of logistics and challenges in distribution.


Direct experience in successfully developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
