One of our clients, one of the largest Energy companies in the world, has an urgent need for several Change Management Project Managers. This is a one year “contract assignment” anticipated to last through February 2019. In the role of a Change Management Project Manager you will lead in the development, design, and execution of all work stream level change strategies including training, engagement, communications, business readiness, leadership development, measurement, sustainment, and Post Go Live Support. You will be responsible for the support of continuous improvement efforts throughout all levels. As the Change Management Project Manager you will own and drive business specific change plans as well as lead a small team of Change Analysts in support of the execution of the wider change effort.

The qualified candidate for Change Management Project Manager MUST HAVE:
* Understanding of the Utility and Energy Industries.
* Five (5) plus years of experience leading change efforts within a significant size company.
* At least two (2) years of experience in a leadership role.
* Three (3) plus years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
* Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Technical, or related field).
