One of our clients, a prestigious Electric Utility, has an urgent need for a Contracts Administrator III! This is a long-term “contract” position, with an initial assignment expected to last about 6 months with the possibility of extension for a top performer. This opportunity is located near a resort area that offers boating, fishing and a variety of other water recreation activities, perfect for the outdoor enthusiast.     In the role of a Contracts Administrator III you will work with the Supply Chain Buyers and vendors to negotiate Terms & Conditions for Procurement of materials and services to meet deadlines. You will have the opportunity to work independently to analyze legal and business risks and make recommendations to management on the acceptance of, or proposed changes to, Terms & Conditions. You will conduct periodic audits of Supply Chain Buyers and adhere to Supply Chain Procedures. Responsibilities include 

    The qualified candidate for Contracts Administrator III MUST HAVE:
  • Four (4) + years of experience drafting, writing, and interpreting contracts and making modifications.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including problem solving, decision making, and negotiation.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Immediate availability for assignment in Ohio.
