An alternative method for removing the Transfer Cask from the loading pool to the external Preparation Area.

A plug is installed on the Transfer Cask and the cask is removed from the loading pool.

Alternative method would be preparing the Transfer Cask in the Preparation Area that is external and adjacent to the Loading Pool.

The assembled Transfer Cask is then moved to the Loading Pool.
