A lot of the problems on these outages is scheduling, lack off manpower, lack of perdeim. Parts of the project labor agreements are geared more to the companies than the workers. As most of you know the need for better trained workers is a must. A lot of us have to travel a long way to get to these jobs because people in the area are.just not qualified. That's not our fault. Rent in the areas go up when an outage starts, some people just don't like us being there but the were skilled and could pass.drug, background and cbt testing they could have a job there. Ive been to atleast 25 nukes and things are different at each one. But that's okay. Maybe nuclear street can help move things along for the worker as well as the company. My name is Robert Valdez. E-mail address is rvaldeznukeworker@gmail.com thank you for your time.
