South Carolina Electric & Gas recently put together this video of construction highlights at the V.C. Summer nuclear plant in 2013.The South Carolina site looks dramatically different than it did a year ago, with basemats poured for both new Westinghouse AP1000 reactors. Last year also saw the delivery of major reactor components and the placement of massive plant modules using the project's heavy-lift derrick – one of the largest cranes in the world.

Greetings, Watching your film on VC was great.I have worked with VC on their outages many times. I have been out for four years and I would like to go to work in the new side of VC but do not know how to contact the employer as they all have changed companies, Journeyman millwright by trade, Started on steamers then dual fuel. Working turnovers, and also operating a 350T crane. Your help would be so great. Sincerely Cathy Watson.

Best of luck,
