First Energy Files for Bankruptcy; To Close 4 Nuclear Reactors

Late Saturday night March 31st, while most of the country was sleeping, First Energy filed for bankruptcy protection. The unsecured creditor with the most exposure is Bank of New York Mellon Trust ($1 billion). The BNSF Railway is owed $72 million. The decision comes just one day before a $100 million more

    Is this not wrong or what.  Our kids are going to regret the lack of common sense energy policy.  These four plants generate more emission free power than all the wind and solar developed to date in PJM.
