Nuclear&amp;#39;s great advantage is that it doesn&amp;#39;t involve moving heaven and earth to extract materials from the ground, as we do with fossil fuels. There are 88,000 coal miners in America and 1360 uranium miners. Bill Gates is in negotiations with Korea to develop the sodium-cool fast reactor, the one we abandoned in the 1990s and many people think is the ultimate technology. This is on top of Gates going to China three months ago to develop the Travelling Wave .
