2010         The Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation (FANR) approved the two following
                license applications submitted by ENEC in April 2010: the site preparation license
                 and the limited construction license. ENEC was awaiting to receive a construction
                 environmental permit in order to begin the civil works

2011 Site preparations and the manufacturing of the reactors started

2012 KEPCO is expected to receive a nuclear construction permit from the
government; construction of the first phase is expected to start

2017 Phase 1 is expected to be completed

2018 Phase 2 is expected to be completed

2020 The project is expected to be completed
